What this preview stores

Booking requests store the name, email, optional telephone, requested destination, session, date, time, group size and message. Contact enquiries store a name, email and message. These records are saved on the computer hosting the site.

Private galleries

Uploaded photographs and videos are stored outside the public website folder. A secret link gives access to a collection; anyone with that link can view and download it. Expiry disables access. Files remain stored until the owner revokes the gallery or removes them. Never share a secret gallery link publicly.

Cookies & browser storage

An essential HTTP-only cookie is used for studio administrator sign-in. Gallery favourites are stored only in your browser. This preview includes no analytics pixels, advertising cookies or embedded third-party maps.

Use of photographs

Booking a session is not permission to publish your photographs. Any public portfolio or advertising use requires a separate agreement. Demo photographs are reference images, not customer records.

Before going live

Complete the data-controller identity and contact details, lawful basis, rights/contact procedure, deletion schedule, hosting location and any international-transfer information. Review these with a qualified adviser before accepting real customer data.
