A request, not a confirmed booking

Submitting this form creates a request in the photographer’s diary. A session is confirmed only after the date, route, final price and applicable terms have been expressly agreed. No card payments are collected on this preview.

Price and scope

Displayed rates are provisional introductory prices. They cover the stated duration and edited-image count for up to four people. Travel outside Madrid, extra participants, tickets, additional editing and special access may change the final quote. The final payable total and tax treatment must be clear before payment.

Delivery and permissions

Edited files are delivered through a private gallery. Editing is not instantaneous; the delivery deadline, gallery expiry and usage rights must be stated in the written agreement. Raw files are not included automatically. Location access and required permissions are checked before confirmation.

Owner must finalize before launch

Business identity and contact details, final tax-inclusive prices, payment/deposit rules, rescheduling and cancellation/refund terms, weather policy, travel allowances, image-use rights and the complaint procedure. This draft must receive appropriate professional review before it is used commercially.
