A small celebration and a day with several venues need different plans. We agree the coverage hours, locations and priorities in a personal quote before confirming your booking.
A calm plan for portraits and family photographs
Share a short list of the people and combinations you would like included. Allow time for moving between places, gathering family and a few portraits together. Tell us about venue rules, access needs and any cultural or personal traditions, so the photography can fit around the celebration.
Wedding photographs in Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia
For a Madrid wedding, tell us whether preparations, the ceremony and portraits happen at the same venue or require travel. In Barcelona, share the exact city or surrounding-area location rather than only a landmark. In Valencia, distinguish the city venue from a coastal or countryside setting. The venue address and timetable help establish realistic travel and portrait time; permission to photograph at each location is agreed before the day.
Clear editing, delivery and booking details
The edited-image selection, delivery deadline, private-gallery access and intended image use are agreed in writing. A short travel photoshoot package is not a wedding-day package. Wedding pricing depends on the actual schedule and coverage; travel, additional suppliers, video and any extra requirements are discussed separately. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a date or collect payment.

Can we request a wedding photographer in Barcelona or Valencia?+
Yes. Send your date, venue and expected schedule for either city, or for Madrid and the other listed destinations. Availability, travel and the final scope are checked personally. A destination listing does not mean there is a walk-in office in that city.
Do you cover small weddings or a full wedding day?+
Describe the parts of the day you need photographed and the hours between them. Coverage for a small ceremony, portraits or a longer celebration can be discussed; the accepted quote defines the actual hours and deliverables.
What should we include in our wedding enquiry?+
Your date, city, venue, approximate guest count, coverage hours and the moments you want included. Mention changes of venue, access requirements and whether you are asking about photography, film or additional suppliers.
Is bridal makeup photography the same service?+
A planned bridal or makeup portrait session focuses on the finished look and can happen separately from the wedding. Wedding coverage follows the agreed celebration schedule. Makeup application, styling and studio hire are not automatically included in either service.
