Architecture, streets or the coast?
Choose the Sagrada Família exterior if a recognisable architectural backdrop is the priority. Plan where to stand and the direction of the light rather than assuming every side will suit the same time. A portrait with the building in the distance feels different from a tight frame near its façade.
For more intimate pictures, discuss an old-town walk with a few quiet pauses. For a coastal mood, allow for wind and a more open background. These are different settings; moving across the city takes time that should be included in the itinerary.
Give the session a simple visual direction
Bring two or three references that show the feeling you like: movement, a wide environmental portrait or a quiet close-up. They help communicate a mood without turning the day into a list of poses to reproduce.
Choose clothing that moves comfortably and avoid carrying several changes through the city. For the coast, secure loose accessories and bring a layer. Let us know whether you want your faces clearly visible in most photographs or a mix of portraits and wider travel scenes.
Keep travel and photo time clear
Barcelona sessions use a personal travel quote. The Madrid starting price is not an all-inclusive Barcelona price. The travel booking flow starts with a half-day option; discuss the amount of photography, travel arrangements and any extra costs before confirmation.
Pick a priority setting and an optional second stop. If you want both architecture and the sea, leave a deliberate transfer break. For children or anyone who prefers less walking, a single location with several nearby backgrounds may be more comfortable.
Park Güell needs particular care
Park Güell’s published rules require express authorisation for professional or commercial photography. Its photography FAQ further limits authorisation to scientific or heritage-related training purposes. We therefore do not offer an ordinary couple session inside the park as a standard bookable route. Check the official rules below before buying any tickets for a proposed shoot.
Other monument interiors and private venues also need their own access arrangements. Choosing an exterior backdrop does not include entry, reserved space or unrestricted professional access. Agree the precise location before making the booking final.
Send a short brief with your request
Include your date, group size, preferred setting and whether your schedule can move earlier or later. Mention any proposal surprise, mobility needs or transport arrangements. We can then discuss the meeting point and a weather alternative.
If the request is for a wedding, share the venue and ceremony schedule through the wedding enquiry page. That allows preparation, the ceremony and couple portraits to be discussed as one coverage plan.
